They have done it! > 2014 > Iceland

In total I spent just under 3 weeks in Iceland. I had the best time of my life ever. And I feel my life has benefited from the change it has brought about within me and the valuable lessons I learnt. I have more awareness of life, a larger sense of adventure and heightened curiosity about the world.

One of the many changes has been that since my trip I want to learn to drive, something that I was very against before. The people I met really helped to make the trip so special and I hope to remain in touch with them. Everything that was thrown my way during my time and the workcamp I embraced and adored every moment!

I love Iceland and it was incredible to spend time there - especially because it has amazing landforms that I’ve studied in my Geography course. I enjoyed every single second of the workcamp and my trip and I will never forget it! Personally,
I wouldn’t change anything about my trip or the workcamp because everything that happened on the workcamp made it special. Thank you to all that made it possible.

Quote of the day

« I appreciate that constructive criticism may be more useful to you than praise but I honestly have no gripes that I could possibly mention. I can only thank you for the experience that I really enjoyed and will undoubtedly follow-up in the coming year. »
