Application by e-mail and PayPal/credit card/debit card.

To apply electronically you need to do two things:

  1. Download the application form for Workcamps (Short term projects)

    Or download the application form for M/LTV projects

    Microsoft Word Document - 50KB

    fill it in and e-mail the completed version to action@vap.org.uk. We do not expect your application form to be signed, receipt of your payment will be considered as proof that you have signed the form.

  2. Send an electronic payment by using the buttons below, which will transfer you to a secure server run by PayPal.
    • Standard Programme - £150
    • North South Programme - £180
    • North South Programme -£150
      (Only applies to 2nd and subsequent applications in the same year)
    • Medium/Long Term Application Fee - £180

Please ensure your Name and e-mail address details are the same on the payment and the application form. Otherwise we may not be able to match them up

NB. You do not have to open a PayPal account to send us your fee. You can pay be debit or credit card by clicking on the appropriate "Buy Now" button above and then use the option for people without a PayPal account.

We will not proceed with your application until we receive both the completed application form AND the payment.
