The Film Club Cultural "Luis Espinal"has more than 13 years of almost continuous in Cochabamba. Was founded in June 1998 in the environments of the Youth Ministry in Cochabamba. Their actions contributed to popularize the use of videos in popular education and especially in trying to create critical awareness of the viewer through the CINE DEBATE analysis. Film screenings currently performs debate every Thursday and plans to expand its power to village squares and neighborhoods of Cochabamba with the participation of local population or group. His vision is to raise critical consciousness and solidarity of youth and the general public is sometimes manipulated by the media of mass communication. Work:
Volunteers will participate in the organization, promotion, distribution and projection of the Video Discussions at different venues around the city and countryside. Support the development of audiovisual communication workshops with local groups. Participate in cultural and audiovisual activities of Cochabamba. The volunteers will participate in the International Camp for Arts and Culture scheduled for August 2011.

"La Tinkuna" is a social and cultural centre located in a suburb of the city of Cochabamba. It was created in 2006 and promotes social, educational and cultural exchanges between young people and children. It is an alternative space where various groups used self-managed environments for art and popular culture.
Work:
The volunteers involved in tutoring courses for children and youth, and organized recreational activities and recreational workshops. Volunteers also participate in the maintenance of the centre with other local volunteers.

The rural community of Potrero, was a former farm or ranch. Quechua is a community that has a small school and school board. Agrarian Union is organized where the Assembly of community activities shall decide. The villagers have small individual land and common grazing lands. Located at the foot of the mountain Tunari, in a beautiful valley, which produces flowers and vegetables.
Work:
Volunteers begin work with farmers agro-ecology. Courses will also provide educational support to children and youth, recreational and leisure games using audiovisual material. The rural community of Chiquicollo, is located in the municipality of Tiquipaya, considered the heart of Mother Earth, after the Peoples' Summit on Climate Change (2010). It borders the city of Cochabamba and is considered agro-ecological reserve area and tourism. It has a schoolhouse and a school. In the community currently being built Red Tinku ecological cabins. It is an agricultural area where farmers grow vegetables, corn and fruit. It has an irrigation system for agriculture.
Work:

Red Tinku is a volunteer organization, was formed in 1998 by university students, farmers and unemployed youth. The project EcoEducativo "LIBER ART" is a civil non-profit organization that was founded in 2008 in the city of Samaipata, Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Aims to support popular education process with active participation of the local peasant community. In his psycho power used as popular communication tool through art and culture. It has an educational and a small public library under construction. Works with rural women in leadership processes and non-formal education by organic gardens, seminars, courses, training workshops.

AYNI-BOLIVIA is an associative network that encourages and promotes educational and cultural projects for children and adolescents from disadvantaged communities in Bolivia.
The main objective of the project "A bookmobile to Cochabamba" is the incentive to read and improve their understanding through workshops to encourage reading and writing. It should be noted that in Bolivia, 65% of children "read" do not understand what they read. It also offers educational support (primary and secondary) and arts and entertainment.
The communities that benefit from mobile library services have been chosen according to local needs and with the agreement and commitment of the population.
