The project aims to clean up several springs in the Kharkov region and to promote intercultural dialogue between Ukrainian students and volunteers, whilst learning how to implement sustainable development in every day life. The work of the group will include clearing out the vegetation, removing rubbish from the stream and lots of cleaning. Volunteers will work alongside students of the local boarding school, to help improve their English.
Accomodation:
To be confirmed. Volunteers will either stay at a boarding school or in a tent near where the work will be carried out.

Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine and its first capital. The city is famous for its great traditions and historical past.

Special requirements:
Volunteers may not be allowed to smoke and drink alcohol when children are present. The group will be composed of 12 international and 12 national volunteers.
