This workcamp is specifically organized in order to have a good time while working and discovering the environment where we are. The work will be guided and developed by the "Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà". The discovery of the environment will focus on the own park, where we'll live most days, but also we'll discover other parts of the region (Figueres, Empuriabrava, Albera, the Gulf of Roses ...).

Work:
Cleaning, collection and withdrawal of a former glass landfill; recuperation of places to observe the nature; collection of garbage; supression of invading plants; collaboration in the construction of a new observatory point; repainting signs GR-92, which cross the park; other work related to the Park's needs.
Accomodation:
We will be staying in tents in a field near Mas Mata, within the natural park, the municipality of Castelló Empúries.
- Renovation and sign posting of an antique path used to carry salt from the mine. - Video report about the work done. - Making discovery trips around El Solsones. - Prepare a multicultural dinner.
Accommodation & food:
Pinos social centre (participants will sleep all in the same place). All services provided.
Location & leisure:
Trips to the area, to Solsona market, one day in Barcelona, excursions to Busa and Ardevol, traditional dances, multicultural dinner.
Passing through the little villages of Sierra Norte, singing, dancing, playing, acting, performing and passing on not just a good mood, but an important environmental message as well.

Tents in camping near the farm, with toilet area, hot water, washing machines and recreation areas.

Gargantilla del Lozoya, Sierra Norte Madrid. A small town 80Km north of Madrid. Mountain area.

Motivation letter, art skills, English, and Spanish if possible.
