- Description:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:An approach to the cultural, natural and social heritage existing around the Pico Sacro will be developed. This will materialize in a teaching unit that will be studied at the school CPI Antonio Orza Couto on the following academic year.They will set up an action plan to promote the Camino de Santiago (a pilgrim¿s road to Santiago de Compostela) passing through Boqueixón. There will be a visit to Vedra pilgrim hostel to get to know its facilities and the information given to pilgrims. They will walk from the hostel up to Lestedo in order to spot any improvements, both environmental and informative, regarding that section of the way. Afterwards the volunteers will trek the way from Lestedo to Pico Sacro.They will be challenged to stimulate the social fabric in Boqueixón. Volunteers should design development activities to invigorate youth in this area throughout various actions on leisure time.Following a training workshop volunteers will shoot short advertisement spots (in the three languages of the work camp) to promote interesting sites in the municipality such as Pico Sacro, Ponte Ledesma bridge and the waterfall in Codeso.

- ACCOMMODATION/FOOD:
The volunteers are staying in the facilities of the School of Agrarian Training in the parish of Sergude. There will be round trips every day up to the site of the activity.

breakfast, lunch and dinner will be held in the same facilities.
- LOCATION:
Boqueixón is a municipality in the province of A Coruña. It is located on the right bank of river Ulla. It is part of the so called Echelon of Santiago, which is only 8 km away. The Pico Sacro is within the parish of Lestedo, southbound the township. This mountain has been worshipped before and afterwards christianity and it is a source for various legends and historical references.

- The volunteers compromise themselves to:
- To work disinterestedly the hours stipulated in the labour project of the camp.- To collaborate in the development of the programming of the activities of animation and to take part in the same ones.
- - To contribute to the general organization of the camp in tasks such as:
cleanliness, kitchen, administration, etc.- To respect the different beliefs, ideologies and personal differences of the participants of the field.- To stay at the camp during the programmed period.- To respect the internal rules (teamwork, life in community¿)To accept the indications from the persons in charge of the activity; to respect the schedule and not to use private vehicles during the work camp.
