The workcamp this year has as a main objective preparing the scenery of "Cardoterror" film festival, held every year in November in Cardedeu and collaborate in the decoration of the streets of the village for its local festivity in August.
Work:
Volunteers will prepare the scenery and decoration for a horror film festival and the village streets to celebrate the festival. The workcamp this year has as a main objective preparing the scenery of "Cardoterror" film festival, held every year in November in Cardedeu and collaborate in the decoration of the streets of the village for its local festivity in August. They will also take part in the logistic support of the associative bar during one of the nights of the local festivities.
This activities will be done without forgetting the environmental side, that comes with the exclusive use of ecological products in food and hygiene, having talks for the awareness about ecology and sustainability, and promoting activities around the rural surroundings of the village and sustainable activities that are done there.
Leisure activities:
Workshop on production of typical pasta of Cardedeu, traditional dances, visit to the Vallforners river, environmental talks.
Location:
Cardedeu.
Accomodation:
In the Casal of Casal de Joves de Cardedeu, called "la Fusteria".
Requirements:
-Motivation letter required. -Some knowledge/habilities on arts/handicrafts. -Be able to ride a bike.
