It protects the area of Muranska Planina, which is geologically part of Slovenske Rudohorie mountain range. The core of the park consists of the limestone dolomite plateau with karst formations. Reconstruction of the ancient "Black Castle". Manual work – masonry, walling, digging, preparation of cement etc. Environmental work cleaning the area, cutting the grass, sawing fallen trees etc.

In the middle of the forest close to the village Zlatno, approximately 130 km east from Bratislava. Zlatno was one of many villages in Slovakia that during 1500 century was washing gold. Many believe that the gold was so important that the castle was built, with the name "Black Castle" to protect the gold.

Revitalizing the old ruins of the Saris Castle in Slovak Carpathian. Renovation work clearing the area, Archaeological research work and environmental work making the records of fauna and flora,and taking care of livestock (goats).

Velky Saris is a little town near Presov located in the Eastern part of Slovakia. From Velky Saris you can get to the ruins of the Saris Castle, situated on the top of 300 m high volcanic hill, covered by old forest (Nature Reserve) upon the river Torysa. Isolated location with no public transport.

Brekov is a village near Humenne in the Presov Region of north-east Slovakia. The ruins of the 13th Century Brekov castle are located on the hill above the village and are in good shape.

Stratená is a very small village in the heart of Slovenský raj, which is one of the most beautiful national parks in Slovakia. Stratená is located close to the highest mountains of Slovakia – High Tatras. The nearest main town is Poprad (30 km) north and Rož?ava (43 km) south.

This project is a multi-lateral youth exchange with at least half the participants being young people with fewer opportunities.
DATES STILL TO BE CONFIRMED. The work will take place in the old Calvary. It is situated in the cities famous Horsky Park near the city centre of Bratislava. The volunteers will revitalize the area: uncovering the old historical path, cleaning and gardening work.
