Volunteers will work on the renovation and reconstruction of the Slepce monastery complex and its surroundings. Work will be up to 6 hours per day. It will include physical work on reconstruction of the monastery premises, as well as clean up actions and horticultural arranging of the monastery yard. Volunteers will also enjoy the natural beauty of Slepce and nearby villages and learn about local customs and socialise with local people. Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about monastery tourism in Demir Hisar municipality. No special skills required but interest in rural and monastery tourism appreciated.
Accommodation:
Volunteers will be accommodated in the monastery complex. Please bring a sleeping bag. Showers and toilets available. There will be plenty of food of different kinds (vegetarian food included). Volunteers will help in food preparation in cooperation with a local cook.

2,5 km from the village of Slepce near Demir Hisar, 25 km from Bitola.
