The MTV offers a wide range of tasks: First, you will help renovate a public swimming pool, which includes both environmental and constructional work. Afterwards you will support the Children's Village in Irschenberg which is the host of this year's "Kido Cup"; a big sports event for the children. Here you will help prepare the location and support the event itself. Finally, the town of Reichenau is looking forward to setting up a "Nature Experience Path" that includes setting up various "activity stops" - for example building a simple wooden shelter that allows you to watch birds, and a boardwalk to discover a pond.
Accomodation & food:
In Muensingen, you will be accommodated in a guest house with bedrooms of 2 and 3 and your own kitchen; in Irschenberg it is a building on the project site; and in Reichenau you will stay in a gym hall with lots of space. In all three locations, a kitchen and sanitary facilities are provided.
Location & leisure:
The MTV allows you to see three very different regions in Germany's South: The Swabian Alpes in Muensingen, the beginning of the Alpes in Irschenberg and finally Lake Constance – Germany's biggest lake, located at the German border to Switzerland and Austria.
