Stop and Motion - Make your own computer animations. You can try this out in this international media camp. Learning by doing is the motto, and so you will work in small groups as you brainstorm and experiment. You will create stop-motion animations with the TrickBoXX, can turn your self-made clay figures into superheroes, or put yourself into the scene Your imagination has no boundaries here Along with learning to film and use various types of software, your group will also learn to edit your animations on the computer and set it to music. In a cozy, simply furnished youth center. You will sleep on air mattresses. Meals will be prepared as a group.
Leisure:
Your accommodation is located in the middle of the city. From there, you can discover the 1200 year old Hanseatic city of Bremen, with its interesting sights, cultural activities, its nightlife, and the various shopping opportunities, all by foot. On the weekends, trips to the North Sea coast, Hamburg, and other nearby cities are possible.
The World Stage in Heckenbeck, a small town of only 450 people, is a cultural center with a large theater in a former village guest house. Every year, the residents look forward to an international theater project. Here, your team will be a guest for two weeks, get to know the village community, and under the expert leadership of a theater instructor, develop your own, international drama.
What is real? What is fake? This is your theme this year. You will give in to the gray zone between reality and fiction. Through your creative ideas, you will make a real ‘fake-performance’, in which you research the reality in Heckenbeck and with help of the theater, experiment with role playing, elocution, figure work, interaction, and improvisation.

Free Time:
Heckenbeck is very rurally located. For excursions, as well as grocery shopping, you will be provided with bikes. The city of Bad Gandersheim is 4 km away. Destinations such as Alfeld, with its Faguswerk World Heritage Site, or the Harz region with its mining museums, are all just a train ride away. The Tonkuhle Radio is a locally run radio station for Hildesheim and the surrounding areaa radio station that all can participate in Everyone who wishes can bring in their interests, and the result is a diverse round the clock program. Many music programs dedicate themselves to various genres from all areas of the charts. Your team will learn how to use the radio: using the reporting tools, question techniques for interviews, the studio technology, and moderation. Your group will then plan and create your own radio broadcast, moderated by you At the end, your program will then be on air Your team will be led by professional radio experts. Leisure:
You can use the leisure activitis in your accommodation (foosball, table tennis, internet). There is also a small sound studio in the house that can be used for the radio workshop. A nice lake you can swim in is a short walk away. Hildesheim is an old, historic city; the cathedral and St. Michael s Church are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
