This project is open for 3 volunteers at the same period of time. They will be integrated into the group of 6-8 long term volunteers of the organization. Volunteers can join and quit the project any time, but an engagement for three weeks minimum is requested.
The community of St. Geniès de Malgoirs owns a park in the heart of the village. For some years now they have started to recondition this park (field clearing). This year, the community wish to restore the walls of a channel which led water to the old mill in the past. This is the third year of the partnership between Solidarités Jeunesses REV and the municipality with one of the aims restoration of the whole park. The group of volunteers will work together with a technical leader and an municipality employee in charge of the park maintenance. Volunteers could also create interactive projects or evenings with an 'all-round' association of the village.

Montendre is a town of 3000 inhabitants that has been home to an international hosting center La Maison des Bateleurs for several years. The volunteers hosted here will take part in the project developed by the association. The life will be collective and a global introduction of the organization and functioning will take place upon their arrival so that they get introduced to the values of the association, its activities and its functioning. The volunteers will participate in an ongoing environmental project and in the different projects developed with our local partners.
The aim of this project is to develop the pedagogical tools necessary to raise awareness and respect for an environmental way of life (dry-pit toilet, pedagogical garden, etc.). They will do some carpentry work, traditional masonry or garden improvement work. The volunteers work closely with children, teenagers or adults from different backgrounds which are hosted in the center. The volunteers will also be encourage to do some creative or cultural activities with the hosted groups. Moreover, they will take part in the logistic organization and the animation of different events (musical, cultural, theatrical, artistic events) in different villages around the center.
The volunteers will work closely with the associations, inhabitants, municipalities and all the people involved in these local events. At last, the volunteers can be involved in other international workcamps that take place in the region of Poitou-Charentes during the summer (renovation, artistic, cultural projects) with the partner municipalities.

Will be in the La Maison des Bateleurs hosting center in dormitories, a very lively house and all facilities are available.

The church in Moussac has been certified being a historical monument in 1977. The community welcomes the volunteers in order to renovate this church of the 12th century and to bring international dynamics in the village. The volunteers will work inside the building, after having removed the old plaster from the walls, they will work on the floor renovation. The inhabitants of the village hope to find soon their old church revamped.
