Project: This project aims at rallying young people coming from Estonia, Czech Republic and France around sustainable development issues. During a fortnight people will discuss the practice of recycling. The project will base on artistic creation in order to give things and objects a new Karma. Art is a good way to consider and illustrate the impact of our ideas on change. With the intention to promote and support the independance of the volunteers, they will have to manage their daily life in a group. Communication and exchanges concerning daily domestic tasks (cooking, cleaning, activities, ..) will be the basis of interculturality in this project. In the context of a non-formal and social education, the doing/working together is an essential resource for organizing such meeting. Volunteers will alternatively involve in workshop and manual activities, as well as in activities related to intercultural communication and exchanges. Debates and free time will be organized so that volunteers could discover and experience the local culture and think about otherness. Worshops permit volunteers, local community share their know-how and everyone will be able to come back home with food for thought. The project is organized in partnership with Ressurgence, a local organization based in France (Haute-Sane, North-West). This organisation consists in a recycling depot. storage, which reclaim objects to sell them back. Moreover this project welcome and involve disadvantaged young people (because they are coming from an isolated region or dropping out of school). At the end of the workcamp, volunteers will exhibit their creativity during the open day and final festive event of the centre which the local community will be invited to. Participants: 6 participants and 1 group leaders from each country (France, Czech Republic INEX SDA and Estonia EstYes) between 15 and 17 years old, the leader can be up to 30 years old. 70% of travel costs reimbursed once the tickets will be sent to the host organisation. APV: from 12th to 14th of june (arrival on the 12th in the afternoon and departure on the 14th in the afternoon).
