In the first week the volunteers will have restoration work at Plaosan temple with one day orientation about how to do the restoration and given information about the history of the temple, so that the volunteers really gain a lot of knowledge about the temples and the process of restoration. As the volunteers live in the local community of Bugisan village, they also have activities in the local school with the local students. They will promote to the students how to preserve the temples and do some activities like sharing, teaching, playing games, culture exchange etc. The volunteers will also campaign about world heritage preservation to the local community as well as the visitors related to the world heritage site especially Prambanan temple compounds. On the day 8th the volunteers will move to Bali by airplane to continue cultural activity in Ubud. They will get introduction about the special tradition and culture of Ubud and Bali in general, then go to the village to interact with local people, learn and practice local tradition or custom and doing activity to support local people to protect and conserve the local culture. To complete the cultural activity and learning, the volunteers will have cooking exchange as the activity to know and exchange culture among the volunteers.
Accomodation & food:
In the first week the volunteers will be accommodated in homestay (basic conditions, sleeping bag and mat needed) nearby the temple, where they will also receive food. While in Bali, the volunteers will be accommodated in local accommodation with special atmosphere of Bali. Prefer no vegan (strict vegetarian)
Location & leisure:
The volunteers will visit the nearby world heritage site and temples of Prambanan and/or Yogyakarta City. During free time in Bali, the volunteers will have the chance to visit the diverse exciting attraction in Bali which has been popular all over the world. The volunteers may visit beaches, handicraft making centre or traditional market.

Work: Mainly will work in changing behavior activities of the local people toward theirenvironment such as recycle garbage, introducing personal hygiene related to theenvironment condition, organizing additional English lesson and school visit, and playinggames with children. There will be also possibilities on physical work such as cleaning thetemple, planting trees, gardening, or making sign board/garbage bin.

Bevery creative for additional English lesson, games and other activities for the children.Usually on February should be already entering rainy season. But, the weather becomesunpredictable now. So, do remember to bring sun block, rain coat and warm clothes toprevent very hot in the day time, rain during work and very cold at night.
