"Wécré" is a word in Mooré, one of the languages spoken in Burkina Faso, which means "light, brightness, clarity".
The association is composed of ten members, who are themselves comedians. Their aim is to raise awareness among young people of the problems they meet. The association also aims to promote meetings of people of different cultures thus their use of international voluntary workcamps as a tool for that purpose.

This project aims to raise awareness through theatre about health problems. It is open to all, with or without acting experience. The work will consist on the creation of short sketches, which will be played in the local language, Mooré. Therefore the local volunteers will give lessons to the international group in this language. Small teams will meet the inhabitants in order to introduce the project.

« The outside world did not interfere, because it seemed so distant, and so we spent our spare time getting to know each other and learning about each other countries', languages and cultures. Everyone was completely relaxed. This simply would not have been possible on any other type of holiday. VAP enabled me to have a truly memorable experience. »
